The activities of Kyabgön Phakchok Rinpoche

We have so many exciting announcements this month!
First of all we are happy to announce a new look and new name! Samye Dharma is now known as Samye Institute. It was always Phakchok Rinpoche’s intention to use this name but we only recently managed to secure the domain name. To mark this occasion the site itself has been restyled with a more modern, spacious and friendly design. We have also added categories and tags to all the Wisdom Blog and Guru Rinpoche Day messages so you can now browse all our free offerings by topic. As well as many other small enhancements to the site. Be sure to check it out and let us know what you think!
Today also marks the day we launch our fundraising campaign. Rinpoche wishes to expand and improve the online Samye platform. Now is the auspicious time and with your help, we can make Samye a source of boundless benefit. Please see the link below to watch a video of Rinpoche explaining the future plans for Samye and do take the opportunity to give generously!
Also of note, Rinpoche recorded a special message for multiplying the effect of practices which can be found in the wisdom blog.

Global Magnetizing Accumulation
Three months ago, Rinpoche requested that all his students take up the magnetizing practice entitled “Giant Cloud of Blessings” as part of their daily practice.
“Learning how to work together to make very vast aspirations as a global Sangha to magnetize excellent conditions for Dharma resounding and all pure aspirations to be fulfilled.”
~ Kyabgön Phakchok Rinpoche
Since last Dakini Day, we have accumulated an extra 5,098 recitations, that’s our lowest monthly group effort since we started. This brings our grand total to a mere 18,172 recitations of this prayer. At this rate we won’t even make 80,000 in a year never mind 1,000,000. If you are having difficulties with this practice please let us know how we can help.

Click here to watch the video message from Rinpoche, read more about the practice and record your accumulations.

From now until I attain enlightenment,
Without a moment’s separation,
Dwell in me as the essence of my instant presence:
Sustain me and all beings with whom you have had contact
With the hook of your compassion!”
